Resolved Question: Which University is better for me?

Im completely dependent on scholarships, but which college would be more affordable and has better campus life, and a better educational experience. Im leaning towards engineering or maybe becoming a history teacher, or lawyer. Or CSI. I know im completely undecided. But I'm only a Junior in high school. please try to keep your bias towards your home school out of this. University of Michigan, Michigan State, or University of Kentucky.
