Resolved Question: a guy pulled a gun on me at my front door of my apartment. i want out of my lease how do i do it?

i have a wife and a baby do in 4 weeks i don't want my child to live in this area we moved up to lexington ky from fl what can i do to get out of my lease the guy that pulled the gun got arrested and his girl friend still lives below me why an't she evicted either my wife and i just want out but are landlord says no.... read more
